Instructions
1. Cut a piece of the blue and white patterned craft paper 3/4 the length and the full width of the front of the gift bag.

edges. Attach the paper to the front of the gift bag, lining up the edges of the paper with the bottom edge of the
bag.
3. Cut a piece of the blue craft paper 1/4 the length and the full width of the front of the gift bag.
4. Using the Scotch® Permanent Glue Stick, apply glue to the wrong side of the craft paper especially around the
edges. Attach the paper to the front of the gift bag, lining up the edges of the paper with the top edge of the bag.
5
5. Cut a piece of the blue satin ribbon the entire width of the front of the gift bag.
6. Using the precision tip of Scotch® Clear Glue, attach the ribbon to the front of the gift bag so it is centered over
the edge of the craft paper. Small amounts of glue can be added to the cut edges of each side of the ribbon to
prevent fraying.
7. To cover the handles, apply a small amount of Scotch® Quick Drying Tacky Glue to a few inches of the back of
the ribbon and wrap the ribbon around the handle where it meets with the inside of the bag.
8. Continue to add glue to the ribbon, a few inches at a time, as you wrap the ribbon around the handle, slightly
overlapping the ribbon as you go.
6
9. Finish by cutting the ribbon and tucking the end behind the handle where it meets with the inside of the bag.
Repeat this process with the other handle.
10. Glue the blue glass beads onto the front of the gift bag with Scotch® Quick Drying Tacky Glue, centering them on
both the solid blue section and under the handles of the bag. The configuration of the beads is the round in the
center and the two square beads on each side.
11. Cut a 6-inch piece of blue ribbon. Fold it in half and cut the ends into a V shape.
12. Separate the tails and glue the center top fold with Scotch® Clear Glue making an upside down V shape.
7
13. Cut a 2-inch piece of ribbon. Fold the ends to middle and glue using Scotch® Clear Glue, overlapping about 1/4
inch to form a loop. Press down on the loop to flatten the sides.
14. Glue the folded edge of the ribbon tails to the front of the bag onto the top of the ribbon strip using Scotch® Clear
Glue, centering the ribbon under the handles.
15. Glue the loop to the top of the folded ribbon tails to complete the bow.
8
16. Fill the bag with layered white metallic tissue paper to finish.
