DTYISION SEARCH FOR BEST SCHOOL GI]LAYAN SA PAARALAN IMPLEMENTER
l, In consonance with Executive Order Number 26, series 20ll re; National Greening Program
this Division announces the Search for Be$ Gulayan Implementer in the Division of
Camarines Sur which .will start on February 16, 2014 until March 2013. The search
includes Best School/District Coordinators, Principal and Public Schools District Supervisors
Gulayan sa Paaralan Program implementer. criteria is herein attached.

Deadline for submission of entry form and other documents (Hard and Soft Copy) will be on
January 3l,2Ll4 at the Division Office attn: AMANCIO V. DOBLON/09499246058 and
FILIP O. CANAS/09996544976. Documents to be attached are the following:

Result for District Search
is required to submit the top 3 entries for the search. Failure to observe the
required number of schools and absence/lack of documents specified in this memorandum
shall be the ground for disqualification. Entry form must be endorsed by the PSDS through
letter of intent specifuing the result/rank of the top 3 District winners.

As per DepEd Order No. 5, s. 2014, re: Guidelines in the Implementation of National
Greening Program, this office is reminding the Teachers, School Heads, and Public Schools
District Supervisor to closely support and monitor the status of l0-growing seedling trees as
basic requirement for Grade six before hdshe can be allowed for Graduation. (Ref. Exec.
Order No.26, s.2011).
All District Elementary Agriculture/Gulayan Coordinator and School Head In-charge are
required to attend the Scheduled Mobile Workshop/Conference on January 2312015 atGoa
Central School, Goa District, Goa, Camarines Sur as per Division Memorandum No. 118,
s. 2014.

Travel expenses relative to this shall be charged against local "fund/School MOOE fund subject
to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
