Hdc in the third chain from the hook, 33 hdc in to the next chains until the end.
Row 2:
Ch 3 the 1 hdc in each ch until the last one.

Ch 3 at the corner of the square, then dc in the same ch, 2 ch then 2 dc in the same ch which
makes this the first corner of the blanket, *2 ch skip 2 ch then 3dc shell, repeat from * until the
next corner, make 2 dc in the same ch then 2 ch and 2 dc in the same ch we made the last 2 dc
**, repeat from * to **. Sl st to the dc (3 ch) now change the yarn to white.

in the 3rd ch, 2 ch and 2 dc in the same ch**, repeat from * to ** until you get to the corner,
and then 2dc 2ch 2dc in the same ch on the corner then repeat from * to **.
When you get to the end then Sl st to the first dc (3 ch), cut the yarn and finish the blanket
with the needle, use your own finishing methods that you prefer.
Round 1:
With the white yarn, start a magic circle and ch 2 (this is your first hdc), make 7 hdc, Sl st to
close the circle.
Round 2:
From this round you are going to start increasing the size of the circle, Ch 3 then hdc in the same
ch, * 2hdc in the next ch**, repeat from * to ** until the last ch, now you have 16 hdc, sl st to the
first hdc,

Ch 3 then hdc, *1 hdc in the next, 2hdc in the same ch **, repeat from * to ** until the end of the
circle, now you have 24 hdc, sl st.
Round 4:
Ch 3 then hdc, *1 hdc in the next, 1 hdc in the next, 2hdc in the same ch **, repeat from * to **
until the end of the circle, now you have 32 hdc, sl st.
Round 5:
Ch 3 then hdc, *1 hdc in the next, 1 hdc in the next, 1 hdc in the next, 2hdc in the same ch **,
repeat from * to ** until the end of the circle, now you have 40 hdc, sl st.
Round 6:
You are going to start the 1st ear, *Ch 1 then 1hdc in the same ch, 1 dc and 1 Tr in the next ch,
1 Tr and 1 dc in the next ch, 1 hdc and 1 SC in the next ch **, 1 sc in the next 6 ch , repeat from
* to ** only once, and this is the 2nd ear, 1 sc in the rest of the ch, sl st in the 1st sc of the first ear.
Hello kitty’s eyes:
Use black yarn and the needle, in the 3rd round pick the eyes places and now sew the eyes around
2 hdc, repeat the same for the 2nd eye.
Hello kitty’s whiskers:
After marking the whiskers place (3 on each side), with the black yarn and the needle sew the
whiskers each one of them once around the last round.
Hello kitty’s nose:
In the 3 round mark the place you prefer in the middle between the eyes (check the picture in
page 3), with the rainbow yellow yarn sew the node repeatedly until you feel it is thick enough.
Hello kitty’s bow:
Row 1:
With the baby pink yarn, ch 8 and in 4th ch from the hook make 1 dc, 1 dc in each Ch.
Row 2:
Ch 3, 1 dc in each Ch.
Row 3:
Ch 3, 1 dc in the next ch, then dc2tgo, 1 dc in the rest Ch.
Row 4:
Ch 3, 1 dc in the next ch, then 2 dc in the same next ch, 1 dc in the rest of the ch.
Row 5:
Ch 3, 1 dc in every next ch, now you can close the last dc.

The bow’s middle round:
With the baby pink yarn, start a magic circle, ch 2 as the first hdc, 7 hdc then sl st to close the
circle.
Put the bow’s middle round on top of the bow then put it on hello kitty’s left ear and sew them
on it.
Now put the face of hello kitty in the middle of the blanket and sew it, now enjoy your hello
