Paint
This coating provides unsurpassed gloss, allows for easy maintenance from the day to day road dirt and
grime, and disrupts the introduction of paint swirls. Paint is slick and looks wet without the need for con
stant, traditional waxing.
Leather
Leather is treated and coated to drastically reduce the 2 main adversaries of your delicate leather-friction
and stains. Treated leather is easer to clean and maintain and resists the daily wear and tear, associated
with getting in and out of your vehicle.
Carpet
Our carpet coating is 5 times more durable than other mass-marketed products. Carpets resist
staining, we coat each fiber of the carpet to ensure even coverage and offer you the best protection
available.
Windows
Our windshield coating outlast ordinary sealants or treatments. Our coating is built on the same nano
technology as the other protective coatings we offer. It bonds with the glass to create a slick barrier
between the glass and the elements. Rain beads up and rolls off treated glass. Dirt is les able to stick and
insects and ice are easier to remove. Front and rear windshield is treated along with the side mirror glass.
Wheels
Our coating forms an outer shield over your Snowflake wheels, making the, dirt and brake dust repellent
as well as being much easier to clean. Independent lab tests have proven that our wheel coating outlasts
other rim coatings or traditional waxes. The unique chemical bond becomes the functional surface of
your rims and calipers. Each wheel is coated and the intricate snowflake pattern will not be a chore
to clean. Brake dust is detrimental to wheels and causes the Snowflake pattern to look dull and lifeless.
Brake dust heats up and penetrates the wheel finish, causing pitting and stains. Wheel protection is vital to
maintaining the beauty of wheels while you are being pursued by Smokey.
Exhausts
Keeps your exhaust cleaner for a longer period of time without the need for tedious polishing. Each outlet is
cleaned and polished and then coated for maximum shine and brilliance. Coated exhausts will get dirty but
the dirt is easily removed with a little bit of soap and water in no time at all.
Engine Coating
We believe that not only should your Trans Am sound good and perform well; but the engine should look
good as you show your friends and buddies at the local car show. We detail each engine and compartment
and then apply a coating that will aid in quicker cleanup and also allow you to drive FASTER for a longer
period of time between cleanings. The coatings are built to withstand engine temperatures and make your
engine look like it was freshly detailed. No longer will you need to spend countless hours to obtain the
show car detailed look. It will take a few minutes to get your engine ready for the show.
Clear Bra
Clear Bra is the Ultimate Protection for your paint. The film is clear and largely unnoticeable. The polyure
thane film is applied to the lower bumper to protect from tiny scratches, rock chips, bird dropping, environ
mental elements, etc. The technology built into the film goes hand in hand with the coating protection pack
age to keep your paint reflective and easy to maintain. This film is actually several microns thick and will
“self heal” from tiny abrasions and scratches that would otherwise dull and degrade other films. The film is
then treated to the same coating that will aid on easier cleanup and allows bugs and grime to be easily re
leased from the film.

results before moving on to the next panel. ONLY after the paint is jeweled to perfection do we hand apply a 2
step coating that will remain on your paint for over 7+ years and eliminate the need for traditional waxes.
Paint
This 2 step, ceramic-based coating provides ultimate gloss, durability, scratch resistance and chemical

You, the customer (“Customer”), pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Sales
Agreement (the “Agreement”), orders from Trans Am Depot LLC (“Trans Am Depot”)
one (1) Trans Am Conversion Package and any Options, all as specified below
together with installation on Customer’s vehicle (the “Donor”):

1.
The total cost of the Trans Am Conversion Package and Options as
specified, together with installation of the Conversion Package and
Options (collectively, the “Conversion”), shall be as indicated on the
Order Form, attached hereto and made apart hereof (the “Conversion
Price”). (Each Package and Option must be individually initialed by the
Customer and the Order signed by the Customer).
2.
The installation of the model Trans Am Conversion Package and any
Options, all as specified, is a custom assembly by craftsman of Trans
Am Depot or its affiliates. Upon receipt by Trans Am Depot from the
Customer of a signed copy of this Agreement as well as a non-refundable
and non-transferable deposit of $3,000.00 (the “Deposit”), the Conversion
will be assigned a series number.
3.
The Customer shall be required to provide a completed Order Form as
well as seventy percent (70%) of the Conversion Price in order for a
Conversion to be placed on the production schedule (Note, the Deposit
will be credited towards the required 70% payment). When the Performance
phase of the conversion is complete, a progress payment equal to
20% will be due from the customer, before production can continue.
4.
The balance of the Conversion Price will be due upon the completion of
the Conversion and prior to the Vehicle being release for shipping.
5.
The Customer may make any changes to options or color selections
(collectively, “Changes”) up to two (2) weeks prior to the Start Date by
providing written notice to Trans Am Depot. Any Changes requested after
this period will be re-scheduled based on current availability of pre-scheduled
production. For any increase in the total Conversion Price (an
“Increase”), Customer shall be required to provide a revised deposit prior to
scheduling the Conversion with the requested Changes. All Changes shall
be invoiced separately, and follow the same Conversion payment schedule.
6.
All payments by Customer to Trans Am Depot should be sent via wire
transfer or by mail to the following:

Trans Am Depot will arrange for return shipping of the Customer’s Vehicle
to the Customer at a shipper of Trans Am Depot’s choice, provided that
the cost (which shall be invoiced to the Customer) and risk of shipping the
Vehicle to Customer shall be assumed by the Customer.
8.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THE CONVERSION AND
ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY TRANS AM DEPOT ARE “AS IS” WITH
OUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE OR MER
CHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON
INFRINGEMENT. THE CONVERSION SHALL BE COVERED UNDER
TRANS AM DEPOT’S AFFILIATE, TRANS AM WORLDWIDE, LLC’S
LIMITED WARRANTY ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT A (the “Limited
Warranty”). CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE
CONVERSION DESCRIBED HEREIN MAY VOID THE FACTORY WAR
RANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DONOR IN
WHOLE OR IN PART. NEITHER TRANS AM DEPOT NOR TRANS AM
WORLDWIDE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO CUSTOMER,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLI
GENCE) OR OTHERWISE FOR LOSS OF THE FACTORY WARRANTY.
9.
The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that all body panels and
other parts removed from “Donor” and not used in the Conversion become
the property of Trans Am Depot or its affiliate, Trans Am Worldwide, LLC
(“TAW”), unless otherwise agreed on the Order Form. The Customer
further acknowledges that certain irreversible alterations to the Donor will
be made and that several components will be relocated to facilitate the
new body design and agrees to all such modifications. The Customer also
agrees that Trans Am Depot and/or TAW may photograph the Vehicle
during the Conversion process, and upon completion may use the photo
graphs for documentation, advertising, or such other reasonable purpose
as Trans Am Depot and/or TAW may elect without further release from the
Customer.
10.
Neither the rights nor the obligations of Customer arising under this Agree
ment are assignable. Any attempted assignment or transfer of the same by
Customer shall be void and without effect. THE AGREEMENT SHALL BE
GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS
OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS
OF LAW PROVISIONS. Venue shall be proper only in Leon County,
Florida. Any notice, report, approval or consent required
or permitted pursuant to the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be
deemed to have been effectively received: (a) immediately upon
confirmation of delivery of facsimile transmission or email to the parties to
be notified; (b) one (1) business day after deposit with a commercial over
night courier with tracking capabilities; or (c) five (5) days after deposit with
the United States Postal Service, by registered or certified mail, postage
prepaid to the respective addresses of the parties as set forth below each
of the parties’ respective signatures. Any waiver (which shall be in writing)
by either party of a breach of the Agreement or any right pursuant to the
Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the
Agreement, nor shall any delay by either party to exercise any right under
the Agreement operate as a waiver of any such right. If any provision of
the Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to
be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to
the minimum extent necessary so that the Agreement shall otherwise re
main in full force and effect and enforceable. Any modifications of this
Agreement must be in writing signed by both Customer and Trans Am
Depot. This Agreement, the Order Form, and any other exhibits hereto
constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Trans Am Depot
with regard to the subject matter contained in this Agreement, and this
Agreement supersedes any and all previously written or oral agreements
between the parties regarding the same. This Agreement may be executed
in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original
(including via facsimile or emailed PDF), but all of which together shall
constitute one and the same instrument.

EXHIBIT A
LIMITED WARRANTY
Except for the Exclusions set forth below, Trans Am Worldwide, LLC (“TAW”) warrants for one (1) year or 12k
miles, whichever occurs first, the assembly of the Conversion and all powertrain components. This includes all engine
parts, drive shaft, rear differential, axles, and transmission and suspension components. The supercharger is warranted
for 3yr. or 36k miles, whichever occurs first, both beginning from the date TAW completes the assembly of the Conversion. (all capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Trans Am Sales Agreement
by and between the Customer and Trans Am Depot LLC), TAW therefore warrants that, under normal use and service,
that the Conversion components shall be free from defects in workmanship, provided the Conversion components are
continuously maintained in accordance with any documentation provided by TAW or Trans Am Depot. TAW’s sole obligation under this limited warranty shall be to repair or reinstall the defective component(s), at TAW’s sole discretion, at
the TAW facility at the Vehicle Delivery Address to repair the component(s), and to the extent the Conversion components caused damage, as determined in TAW’s reasonable discretion, to the Vehicle excluding alterations required for
the Conversion (as set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Trans Am Sales Agreement), to repair the Vehicle. Customer must
notify Trans Am Depot in writing of any claim under this limited warranty within twenty (20) days of discovery of any defective component(s). Delivery of the Customer’s Vehicle to and from TAW to complete repairs under this limited warranty shall be at the sole cost, risk and responsibility of the Customer. (The “Limited Warranty”).
“Exclusions”: This Limited Warranty does not cover problems that result (as determined by TAW at its sole discretion)
from the following:
Changing the tune in any way from that which comes in the car;
Overheating the car;
Missed shifts that result in engine rpm speeds over 8,000rpm;
Not maintaining normal maintenance ie: using proper oil and transmission fluid, approved rear diff fluid,
other fluid and filter changes at required intervals;
Running any fuel with less than 93 octane;
Running any R rated (race) tread ware tires or slicks;
External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with the Conversion components not
modified by TAW;
Products, accessories, substitutions, replacements, repairs, parts and attachments, improvements and
accessions not explicitly authorized by TAW;
Failure to follow or, usage that is not in accordance with, any documentation or other written instructions
provided to Customer by TAW and/or Trans Am Depot;
Conversion components or services for which Trans Am Depot and/or TAW has not received payment;
Normal wear and tear, including without limitation damage or deterioration to the Surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the components.
To the extent the Conversion components are covered under any third party manufacturer’s warranty, TAW
hereby assigns, to the extent they are assignable, such warranties, obligations and duties of any third party manufacturer
(“Manufacturer’s Warranty”), without any representation by, warranty of or recourse to TAW, to Customer. Notwithstanding such assignment, Customer agrees and authorizes TAW, at its sole discretion, to look to the manufacturer of the
Conversion components for correction of any problems that may arise with respect thereto, and to enforce such warranty
rights at TAW’s sole cost and expense. Customer shall indemnify and hold TAW or its assignee harmless from and
against any and all claims, costs, expenses, damages, losses, and liabilities incurred or suffered by Customer as a result
of or incident to any action by TAW in connection with the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE CONVERSION AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY TAW ARE “AS
IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of
Florida without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. It is the Customer’s responsibility to regularly examine the Conversion components to determine the need for normal service or replacement.
NOTE: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND CUSTOMER MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION).
