The 2nd Voice of Asia Speech Competition National Finals is scheduled on October 16,
2013 at the Tongholong Yoman Lohi Emilio Aguinaldo College in Ermita Manila.
Coniestants are encouraged to come two days before the event for there would be
be some sort of pictorial, orientation and stage blocking. Contestants must wear their
school uniforms during the competition.
Expenses incurred for the transportation and accommodation of the regional
representatives (including their coaches and EPSS) to the national finals may be charged
to localfunds, subject to the usualaccounting and auditing procedures.
