TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Invoices are dated the day each issue is mailed and due within 30 days from
invoice date. All accounts are net 30 days. All accounts, including ad agencies,
will be assessed service charges of 1.5% monthly (or 18% per year) on
outstanding balances over 30 days. Accounts 90 days past due will be turned
over for collections and advertising privileges suspended. An ad contract is any
12-month period from and including the issue in which an advertiser’s ad first
appears. If ad frequencies as set forth in a contract schedule are not completed,
the advertiser/agency will be re-billed at the actual rate earned for all advertising
during the contract year. Advertisers and/or agencies are responsible for all
collection fees incurred. Insertion orders are noncancelable past the closing date.
Publisher reserves the right to reject any ad. Advertiser and/or agency assumes all
responsibility for ad content.
