on your purchase of the Healthmaster. This appliance has
been designed to allow you to prepare meals using whole foods for total
nutrition. With the Healthmaster, it is possible to prepare
many dishes without having to use the stove. (Some recipes in this
book require cooking on the stovetop). All recipes are designed
to provide you and your family with vital minerals,
vitamins, and other nutrients.
We hope that you and your family will enjoy all of the

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
blended. To prevent mixture from melting, do not
over mix. Serve or place in freezer.

& pit removed
1/2 cup fructose
4 cups ice

Blueberry Sorbet
Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
blended. To prevent mixture from melting, do not
over mix. Serve or place in freezer.

2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fructose
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
2 cups ice

Peanut Butter Cup
Ice Cream
Add all ingredients except carob chips into the
HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control
to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed
to 8 (high) until blended. Remove lid. Add carob
chips. Replace lid and pulse 3 times. To prevent
mixture from melting, do not over mix. Serve or
place in the freezer.
Ingredients
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
2/3 cup crunchy
peanut butter
3 tablespoons agave
3 cups frozen
soy milk cubes

Irish Cream
Ice Cream
Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
blended. To prevent mixture from melting,

1/4 cup Irish cream

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
blended. To prevent mixture from melting,

Medley Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 Agave
Note: Use the tamper as needed to assist in the
blending process.

Blueberry Pancakes
with Apricot Syrup
Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
blended.
Apricot Syrup:
Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) and blend
for 5 minutes until cooked. Serve with pancakes.
Blueberry Syrup
Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) and blend
for 5 minutes until cooked. Serve with pancakes.
Ingredients
1 pint fresh blueberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/4 cups soy milk
For Apricot Syrup:
5 fresh apricots, pitted
1/2 cup organic sugar
1/2 cup spring water
a pinch of cardamom
Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries

1/4 cup spring water
pinch of cinnamon

Banana Nut Loaf
Preheat oven to 350° F. Coat loaf pan with
non-stick spray.
Place wet ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
blended. Turn machine off and remove the lid.
Add dry ingredients except nuts. Secure lid.
Set speed to 8 (high) and pulse until blended.
Remove lid and add nuts. Pulse 2 times. Pour
mixture into loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.

Place wet ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
blended. Turn machine off. Remove lid, add dry
ingredients. Secure the lid. Mix until blended.
Make pancakes with the batter.

2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup soymilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, peeled
1/2 cup walnuts, shelled
1/2 cup wheat germ

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup soymilk
1 egg
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp. canola oil
2 tbsp. organic sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
optional: 1/2 tsp. salt

Apple Spice Cake
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray baking pan with
cooking spray.
Place all ingredients except nuts in the HealthMaster.
Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low).
Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high)
until blended. Turn machine off and remove lid.
Add walnuts and replace lid. Pulse 3 times.
Pour mixture into pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.
Chocolate Chip
Cheesecake
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Apple Spice Cake

Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in the
HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control
to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed
to 8 (high) until blended. Remove lid and add
chocolate chips. Replace lid and pulse once.
Pour mixture into prepared crust in springform
pan and bake for 50 minutes.

3/4 cups fructose
1 1/4 cups unbleached flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. allspice
2 cups applesauce
1/2 cup canola oil
optional: 3/4 cup walnuts,
shelled

24 oz. low-fat cream
cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 cup organic sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 chocolate graham
cracker crust

Tiramisu
Place mascarpone cheese, cream cheese and sugar
in the HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed
control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine.
Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended.
Layer lady fingers in the bottom of a 9” x13” pan.
Brush lady fingers with coffee liquor. Pour mixture
over lady fingers, spread evenly. Sprinkle with cocoa
powder. Add remaining lady fingers on top. Brush
with coffee liquor. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Refridgerate for 2 hours.
Whipped Cream
Pour heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract in the
HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control
to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed
to 8 (high) until thickened.
Tiramisu

Make other flavored whipped creams by adding 1 tsp.
raspberry syrups or hazelnut syrup. Be creative and
experiment with different flavors.
Ingredients
1 cup mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup low-fat
cream cheese
1/2 cup organic sugar
24 lady fingers
1 cup coffee liquor
cocoa for sprinkling
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream,
chilled
4 tbsp. organic sugar
to taste
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Zucchini Muffins
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray muffin pans with
nonstick spray.
Place first 6 ingredients into the HealthMaster.
Secure the lid. Pulse 3 times. Remove lid, and add
all remaining ingredients except nuts. Replace lid.
Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the
machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended.
Remove lid and add in nuts. Pulse 2 times. Fill each
cup 2/3 full. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Chocolate Graham
Cracker Crust
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place crackers and sugar in the HealthMaster. Secure
the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on
the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until
crackers are crushed.
Pumpkin Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
2/3 cup pumpkin, cooked
1 small zucchini, cut in half
1/4 cup soymilk
3/4 cup fructose
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 cups whole
wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
optional: 1/2 cup walnuts
Ingredients
1 sleeve crackers
2 oz. butter, melted
2 tbsp. organic sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Pour crumbs into a bowl. Add melted butter; mix
well. Spread evenly in pie pan for pies or spring
form for cheese cake. Press to even crust. Bake
5–8 minutes.

Coffee Cake
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray cake ring with
nonstick spray.
Place first 3 ingredients into the HealthMaster.
Secure the lid. Pulse 3 times. Remove lid, and add all
remaining ingredients. Replace lid. Turn the speed
control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase
the speed to 8 (high) until blended.
Pour mixture into pan and bake 20–30 minutes.
Top with crumb topping below and bake additional
3–4 minutes.
Crumb Topping:
Add all ingredients into HealthMaster. Secure the
lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the
machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until mixture
resembles coarse crumb. Sprinkle mixture on top of
batter. Bake additional 3–4 minutes.

until thickened. Serve with pudding or top off
flavored coffees or frozen coffee blends.
