Election Officials Association Conference
May 2 - 5, 2017
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:
The conference will be attended by County Clerks and Election Officials from Kansas. This will
give you a unique opportunity to display your products to the decision makers. We anticipate a strong
turnout at the conference. Your Registration Fee includes all meals and breaks for one person from
your company.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Hilton Garden Inn located at 410 S. 3rd St., Manhattan, KS 66502 is the host of the
conference. Please see our website www.kcceoa.org for reservation procedures. Exhibitors are
responsible for their hotel reservations; a block of rooms is reserved for this conference.
FEE:
The Exhibitor Registration Fee is $500 per space, for a 6ft table. Electricity is available at $50
for the conference. Multiple spaces can be purchased if additional space is needed. Registration
will be accepted via fax, email, mail, or online via our website. Make checks payable to KCCEOA.
Payment must be received by April 12th or space will be released. After April 12th, the Registration
Fee will increase to $750 per space.
EXHIBITOR SPACE ASSIGNMENT POLICY:
Conference sponsors will receive priority during the exhibit space assignment process,
based on sponsorship level and payment date. Please make your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices on the
registration form. If none of your choices are available, a KCCEOA representative will reach out on
April 12, 2017 to notify you as to which spaces are available. Any exhibitor registering after this date
will have space assigned by KCCEOA.
AUCTION:
Every year KCCEOA has a silent auction to support our scholarship fund. The last few years
we have added a live auction with a limited number of items. We would appreciate any donation you
may be able to make to either auction! If you would like to donate to the live auction, please contact
Matt Woehrle.
SCHEDULE:
The schedule for the conference is below. A representative must be at your table when the
exhibitor room is open. All exhibitors must be out of the room by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 4th.
Set-up: Tuesday, May 2, 2017: 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Room Open:
Wednesday, May 3, 2017: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 4, 2017: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
LIABILITY:
The exhibitor, on submitting the application for exhibit space, expressly releases the Kansas
County Clerks and Election Officials Association and its members and representatives from any
and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor’s employees or
property from any cause whatsoever.

to Stomp out Breast Cancer
May 3, 2017
Manhattan, KS
Join us for the 2nd Annual KCCEOA Charity Event! This year we will be featuring an Amazing Race
themed event at the Sunset Zoo in Manhattan!
All proceeds from the walk will be donated to Mercy Community Health Foundation to assist
in their campaign to purchase a 3D mammography machine.
If you will be in Manhattan for the conference, we also invite you to register for and participate in
the race. Registration closes April 12, 2017.
