Oven Basics
Before making any of these recipes…
1. Wash all utensils, pans – and your hands.
2. Preheat REAL MEAL Oven. Press “SET” button
15 times for a preheat time of 15 minutes, then
press “START.” Be sure to preheat oven the full 15
minutes to ensure that oven is ready for cooking.
3. Be sure cooling rack is fully inserted into oven.
4. Be sure that both interior doors are shut and use
pan pusher to insert pan into oven.
After making any of these recipes…
When cooking time is complete, you will hear 4
short beeps and 1 long beep. After you hear the
long beep:
1. Use handle end of pan pusher to push cooking pan
all the way through to cooling chamber.
2. Allow pan to cool in cooling chamber for 10
minutes. Pull out cooling rack, then use spatula to
remove pan from rack.
REAL MEAL™ Recipes
Pasta with Sauce
Preheat oven for 15 minutes
Makes 2 bowls of pasta
NOTE: Make 2 servings at once in separate cooking pans by following
the instructions below. Cook both servings side by side in your REAL
MEAL oven.
1. Pour 1 pasta mix into each cooking pan.Add 3 tablespoons of
warm water to each pan.
2. Follow “Oven Basics”
3. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let pasta cool
for 5-7 minutes.
4. Drain pasta. While pasta is cooling, follow the instructions on
the back to make pasta sauce.
Veggie Pasta
To make a delicious veggie pasta, simply:
1. Mix in a small portion of your favorite vegetables into the
pasta sauce.
2. Spread over your pasta dish and enjoy!

1. Pour 1/2 contents of pasta sauce mix into
separate mixing bowl for each serving of
pasta. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup and stir
thoroughly.
2. Pour contents of cheese packet into a separate mixing bowl.
3. Spread sauce on the pasta, then sprinkle desired amount of
cheese over the sauce.
4. Bake in REAL MEAL Oven for 3 minutes.
5. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
