IMPORTANT INFORMATION COVERAGE AREA DETAILS: Customers participating in this service must reside in the C Spire Wireless network area, which is defined as MS and generally in and surrounding Memphis/West Memphis, AR/nearby West TN, Mobile and Baldwin Counties in AL, and Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties in FL. Customers are required to use 50% of their voice and data usage within the C Spire network area. In the event that more than 50% of customer’s usage is outside of the C Spire network during any billing cycle period (30 to 31 days), C Spire reserves the right to terminate customer’s service, deny customer’s continued use of other carrier’s networks, change customer’s service plan to one imposing additional usage charges for roaming on third party carrier networks, or change customer’s plan as necessary in the discretion of C Spire. The Nationwide Area is defined inside the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please see plan chart in retail stores or at cspire.com to see specific coverage included in your plan. Many of the plans’ features are unlimited. Minutes or data included in plans are Nationwide unless specified. There are no roaming fees. You may see a roaming indicator on your wireless handset if you are outside the C Spire network. Your bill will also show “roaming” usage. This usage will only show corresponding charges if you have exceeded your monthly number of minutes or data. Any charges will be billed at the pre-determined, per-minute or per-MB rate for any overage. It can take up to 30 days to receive roaming information from our partner carriers. Please be aware of this when checking your minutes or data used. Delayed charges, if any, will be applied upon receipt to the then current month’s bill. All calls to locations outside of the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands will incur international long distance charges. Calls to Canada or any area that is part of the North American Numbering Plan (10-digit dialing) can be dialed directly and placed without requesting access. Calls to Canada will also incur international charges. Calls to all other international locations will be blocked at activation unless access is requested by calling 1-855-CSPIRE5 (277-4735) or 611 from your C Spire phone. See cspire.com for international long distance rates. Actual wireless coverage may vary due to atmospheric conditions, customer equipment or system limitations. FLEX CHOICE DETAILS: A credit check is not required in order to subscribe for Flex CHOICE customers. As a Flex CHOICE customer you can have a maximum of five (5) Flex CHOICE subscriptions. The number of subscriptions may be limited and/or subject to change in C Spire’s sole discretion. You must be 18 years of age to activate Service in FL, MS, and TN, and 19 to activate Service in AL. Flex CHOICE plans’ service fee includes applicable federal, state, and local taxes and other assessments that C Spire is required by law to collect and remit to the applicable government authority. All Flex CHOICE plans include: free basic voice mail is available upon request, call waiting, call forwarding and caller ID. Extra charges can result from directory assistance calls ($1.60/min.), nationwide and international calling (prices vary by country). If you use additional services (i.e., directory assistance, download fees, etc.) beyond those included in the Plan, those fees will be deducted from your account balance. You agree to pay for the services you use/purchase by deductions from your prepaid account. If you wish to be able to make international calls you must contact C Spire. Activation of Daily plan requires a $15 minimum initial service payment. The Daily plan will renew service after midnight each day and charge the account $2. Flex CHOICE daily customers will have service suspended if there is not a sufficient account balance. If you fail to pay the $15 minimum service fee or at any time the balance in your account reaches zero, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive further service until you pay the $15 minimum service fee and any other charges for additional services. Flex CHOICE monthly plans are prepaid service which provides you with thirty (30) days of Service from the date of activation. If you fail to pay the monthly service fee or at any time the balance in your account reaches zero, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive further service until you pay the monthly service fee and any other charges for additional services. Flex CHOICE customers will be suspended if the account balance drops to $0 or less. Service will be suspended if there is not a sufficient account balance. If you do not pay for the monthly service fee or your account maintains a zero or negative balance for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days, your prepaid account may be systematically closed. If your prepaid account is closed, you may reinstate your service by activating a new account. You will be assigned a new number at this time and a reactivation fee may apply. There is a $15 minimum replenishment amount on Flex CHOICE plan accounts. Cash replenishment can be conducted using In-Store payment kiosks with a $5 service fee. Accepted credit or debit cards will be accepted on via C Spire’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system and online at cspire.com via My Account (MMA). Cash is accepted at Western Unions and CheckFree Pay locations. Payments are not accepted at C Spire retail location sales counters or drop boxes. All charges for Flex CHOICE service are final and non-refundable. C Spire is not responsible for, nor will C Spire refund lost, stolen, misused, or damaged personal identification numbers (“PINs”), regardless of distribution method. You must use your Flex CHOICE account balance before the expiration date. Flex CHOICE service and/or charges for Flex CHOICE Service are not refundable, and no refunds or other compensation will be given for unused Flex CHOICE balances, lost or stolen prepaid cards, or coupons. FEATURE DETAILS: Text and Pics require compatible equipment and are subject to coverage limitations present on C Spire’s and its wireless partners’ networks. Web gives you the ability to browse the mobile web and search for applications to download. Ringback Tones Access gives you the ability to search and download Ringback tones from the C Spire website or from your phone. For all plans, participation in third-party text messaging contests or promotions, and the purchase of third-party content or downloads may result in additional charges on your bill above and beyond standard messaging rates. Unlimited Mobile to Mobile is included. Mobile to Mobile is defined as calling or receiving a call from any C Spire subscriber. Flex CHOICE customers mobile to mobile is defined as calling or receiving a call from any other Flex CHOICE or C Spire prepaid subscriber. Nights and Weekends are included. This feature is nationwide. Nights and Weekends are defined as Monday – Friday 7:00pm through 6:59am; Weekends: Friday, 7:00pm – Monday 6:59am. Phone Insurance is offered by eSecuritel and is not sold by C Spire. Please see cspire.com for more information on Phone Insurance. Not available on Flex CHOICE plans. The Push2Talk service is only available on Push2Talk-capable devices. Refer to your phone’s equipment manual for instructions on placing, receiving, and configuring your phone for Push2Talk. Push2Talk battery times will vary based on user settings, feature use and network configurations. Not available on Flex CHOICE plans. To use your phone while traveling outside the Nationwide Area, you must contact customer care to request the International Roaming feature. A $20 activation fee applies to this feature. International Roaming can be cancelled at any time but a $20 activation fee will be charged each time it is reactivated. Data as You Go is billed per data session. Data usage is charged $.01 per 5-kilobyte increment of usage per data session, rounded up to the next $.01 or 5-kilobyte increment. Only available with non-smartphones. PLAN DETAILS: All pricing listed for calling and mobile broadband plans and service enhancements are monthly fees unless otherwise noted and are promotional prices that are subject to change. Monthly access charges are not refundable. A Plan Activation Fee and Early Termination Fee may apply. Changing your existing plan to another plan is free via the “My Account” section of cspire.com, your C Spire handset, or at a computer kiosk in a C Spire retail location. Family CHOICE and Family CHOICED plans require two (2) parent/host lines. A maximum of three (3) additional child lines can be added. Family CHOICE lines are restricted to non-smartphones, but Family CHOICED lines can be smartphones or non-smartphones. DATA DEFINITION: A data session is defined as the data usage incurred between a start record and a stop record. Start records include, but are not limited to, actions such as clicking on a link to a website, email programs syncing with a server, downloads or updates. Stop sessions include, but are not limited to, actions such as closing a browser, the finishing of an email sync (sending and receiving) or when a download completes. A device can have multiple concurrent data sessions at any given time. Data usage will not be totaled until a stop record is produced. After one hour of data inactivity, all open data sessions will automatically end and produce stop records that include the total usage incurred for each data session. After 24 hours, all data sessions will end regardless of activity and produce stop records. For billing purposes 1,000 Kilobytes (KB) equals 1 Megabyte (MB) and 1,000 Megabytes (MB) equals 1 Gigabyte (GB). A two-year data agreement is required to receive promotional pricing on equipment. Special online pricing may not be available in stores or by phone. PAYMENT, EQUIPMENT AND FINAL DETAILS: Credit and debit card payments (Visa, Master Card and American Express) are processed and posted to your account immediately. Electronic check payments are verified and posted to your account immediately. The funds for an electronic check payment are debited from your bank account within one to three business days.
