Making a Lagering Chamber
Space requirements
19” X 19” X 31.5” height Maintain a 1” clearance on all sides
Start by removing the door to the refrigerator
Remove front panel with shelves from door
Use panel as a template to cut out plastic material for the door cover
Mark the edges and holes for the hardware and cut and drill to match the panel (Fig. 1, Fig. 2 & Fig. 3)

Attach panel to door and Install the seals over the new panel (Fig. 4)

Reinstall door on refrigerator
Create plywood box from 2x8 and ¾” plywood to create a flat platform over the compressor of the
refrigerator (Fig. 5 & Fig. 6)

Tape temperature sensor to conical directly (Fig. 7)
The difference in the exterior and the center of the fermentor is approximately 1 degree Fahrenheit.
