We are going to learn how to convert between decimals, fractions and percent.
Decimal to Percent
To change a decimal to a percent, move the decimal to the right two times and add the percent sign.
We move the decimal twice because .34 = 34%
percent means out of 100, and from our mental math multiplying by 100 moves the decimal twice to the right.
.035 2.13 .245 10
