FIELD SERVICE BULLETIN FOR GLASS DOOR REFRIGERATORS
MAXIMUM LOADING FOR EFFICIENT COOLING
This bulletin applies to coolers that appear to be running
but not cooling well.
This may be caused by incorrect loading of the cooler
causing air flow restrictions. It is recommended that Field
Service personnel review the shelf placement and product
loading in accordance with manufacturer’s (Imbera) recommendations. There should be a bottom shelf approximately
2 inches (5 cm) above interior cabinet bottom and there
should not be product loaded above the Product Limit Line
(see yellow label with red dotted line) at that would block
air flow from the top fan area. Making these corrections will
often result in significantly improved cooling performance.

MAXIMUM LOAD LABEL
This label is found at the interior top right side of the refrigerator’s cabinet and its
purpose is to aid operators understand the correct placement of product in compliance
with the maximum load limits.
UNDERSTANDING THE YELLOW LABEL
Restriction: no product is allowed to exceed the DOTTED RED LINE marked on
the label. Label specifications vary by model (See shelf variations in section below). Non
compliance may void warranty.

SHELVES
G319 MODEL
Imbera’s G319 model has five (5) shelves in total.
RECOMMENDED:
Always place product over the bottom
shelf and then place the second shelf.
First shelf should be placed at 2” above
the base of the cabinet.
IMPORTANT:
Imbera recommends to always leave a
distance of 10 5/8” between each shelf.

VR12 MODEL
Imbera’s VR12 model has four (4) shelves in total.
RECOMMENDED:
Always place product over the bottom
shelf and then place the second shelf.
