BASKETBALL TODAY!
• Our girls’ basketball team will be playing River Springs this afternoon
to determine which team will go to the county CHAMPIONSHIP!
• Wear purple and go to the game to support our team!

HOMEROOM
• BYOT to homeroom 5/24 to complete the homeroom end-of-the-year
survey, which is online. Everyone's participation is appreciated.
LOCKER CLEAN OUT
• Locker Clean Out will take place on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
•
• Grade levels are assigned the following time to clean out their lockers and will be escorted to
their designated locker bay by their teacher.
•
• Grade 8 – Period 5
• Grade 7 – Period 6
• Grade 6 – Period 7
•
• Students, if you have a lot of items in your hall locker please begin to take things home so that
you are not overloaded on locker clean out day.
•
• In addition, when cleaning out your lockers please be sure to use the correct bins for garbage,
recycling and donations.
BACK PACKS
• Back Packs will not be permitted on Campus Thursday, May 25th and
Friday, May 26th
•
• Students are to bring a small notebook with paper and pens/pencils
on the last two days.
Library Books
• All library books were due back on May 12.
• Please return all media books as soon as possible.

SUMMER CAMP
• The West Volusia Police Athletic League (PAL) would like to invite boys
and girls between the ages of 8 and 13 to a FREE summer camp
session to stay from August 7th thru August 11th at the Sheriff's
Youth Ranch in Barberville. The registration is open to the first 30
children (first come, first served). The registration process is as
follows - The child must be registered with West Volusia PAL for the
calendar year 2017 (this upcoming year), registration forms are
available at 420 W. Delaware Ave, Deland. Online registration is also
available at
https://floridasheriffscamps.campmanagement.com/enroll (must
register with PAL for online registration password). There are also
handouts available from me or in the front office by Ms. Loeffler.
