That’s a good turkey meatball! 25-35 minutes Included Ingredients: Panko bread crumbs Whole milk *Ground turkey Turkey sausage Grated Parmesan Fresh parsley Garlic clove Red pepper flakes Can crushed tomatoes Fresh basil Sugar Spaghetti From your kitchen: 2 TBSP Olive oil Salt Pepper Per Serving: Cal 949, Fat 26g, Carb 111g, Protein 66g, Fiber 10g Get Prepped: (5 minutes) Basil: Wash, dry, and chop Parsley: Wash, then roll in a paper towel to dry, and chop Garlic: Mince or press. Separate ⅓ out Pans: Large skillet, large saucepan, small and medium bowl Start cooking: (20-30 minutes) 1. In large pot, bring water and one dash of salt to boil. Add spaghetti and cook until desired tenderness, about 7-12 minutes. Drain and set aside. 3. While the sauce simmers, in small bowl, soak the Panko in milk. Mix and let them soak up all the liquid. In medium bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey sausage, Parmesan, parsley, ⅓ of the garlic, and salt and pepper. Add the milk soaked Panko and gently mix together. Form the mixture into golf ball sized meatballs. *Remember to remove meat items from bottom of bag! 2. In large saucepan, heat 1 TBSP olive oil. Add ⅔ of the minced garlic, the red pepper flakes, and cook 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Add basil, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. 4. In large skillet, heat 1 TBSP oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until golden brown on all sides. Carefully remove extra grease in pan with a paper towel.
