Year to date (YTD) totals on HR PeopleSoft pay stubs
YTD totals on the new pay stub include totals from pay processed in HR PeopleSoft only. Complete YTD
totals including amounts from January 1, 2012 up to the PeopleSoft transition date will display on pay
stubs later this year.
Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Pension contribution totals
Although they do not appear on pay stubs, EI, CPP and Pension contributions made from January 1, 2012
are being used to calculate when maximum contribution limits are reached for these deductions.
T4s for 2012
Most employees will receive one T4 for the calendar year 2012, except in circumstances which require a
separate T4 for compliance purposes.
