KITCHY CAFÉ AU LAIT
Ingredients
2 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
6 oz. milk or soy
Sprinkle Cinnamon in to taste
Preparation
Slowly heat ingredients for 2 minutes in saucepan being careful not to boil.
Pour into your favorite cup and sprinkle in cinnamon.

Preparation

Preparation

Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and hazelnut syrup.
Pour into a glass or cup and serve hot or cold.

Ingredients
3 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
6 oz. half & half
1 oz. caramel syrup
6-8 ice cubes
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until foamy and fluffy.

Ingredients
2 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
1.5 oz. chocolate syrup
6 oz. milk
Ice cubes
Preparation
In a blender, add ice, BOD™ coffee extract, milk and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients

Ingredients

2 oz. vanilla syrup
4 oz. milk

½ banana
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

JAVATINI (MARTINI)
Ingredients
2 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
1 ½ oz. high quality vodka
1 ½ oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. white creme de cacao
Preparation
Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into chilled martini glass.
It should be somewhat frothy.
Sip and enjoy!
Makes 1 serving.
SPANISH COLD BREW
Ingredients
16 oz. BOD™coffee extract
2.5 cups water
2 oz. of brandy
4 oz. of Kahlua® coffee liqueur
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Preparation
In a saucepan, heat water, liqueurs and BOD™ coffee extract.
Top with cinnamon and whipped cream.
Makes 16 servings.

I’LL BE HAZELED
Ingredients
6 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
¼ cup of whipping cream
¾ cup of hot water
2 shots of hazelnut liqueur
Preparation
Shake or blend all ingredients together and add whipped cream.
Makes 1 serving.
WHITE RUSHIN’
Ingredients
4 oz. BOD™coffee extract
4 oz. coffee liqueur
4 oz. heavy cream
8 oz. water
2 oz. high quality vodka
Preparation
Stir all ingredients into a saucepan and heat mixture over medium heat and be careful not to boil.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Whipped cream optional.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
1 oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. almond liqueur
7 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
1 scoop frozen vanilla non-fat yogurt
2 oz. water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until foamy and smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
KEEP IT KOOLUA
Ingredients
4 oz. BOD™coffee extract
4 oz. half & half
1 oz. coffee liqueur
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream
Preparation
Heat half and half in a saucepan.
Remove from heat, stir in coffee liqueur, vanilla and BOD™ coffee extract.
Be sure not to let boil.
Pour into your favorite mug, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
Makes 1 serving.

LUCK OF THE IRISH! (IRISH CREAM & COLD BREW)
Ingredients
1 (12-oz.) wine glass, preheated
6 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
4 oz. water
1 ½ shots Irish Cream
¼ cup heavy cream, whipped until
stiff peaks form
Ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Heat BOD™ coffee extract and water and pour hot contents into the heated glass.
Add Irish Cream and stir well to blend.
Top with a mound of whipped cream.
Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Makes 1 serving.

BEELEY’S BROWNIES
Ingredients
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2.5 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1 ¼ cups sugar
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F.
Butter and flour a 9 inch baking pan.
Melt butter and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stir until smooth, let cool for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and BOD™ coffee extract until it thickens.
Add chocolate mixture and blend in.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and mix into a batter and blend well.
Spread brownie batter evenly in pan in the middle of the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Let brownies cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
Serve.
Makes 18 servings.

Ingredients
1 (12-oz.) wine glass, preheated
6 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
4 oz. water
1 ½ shots Irish Cream
¼ cup heavy cream, whipped until

Preparation
Stir coffee extract into ice cream until smooth and enjoy!
For an extra touch top with crushed almonds or praline pecans.

MAJI COOLER
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups BOD™ coffee extract
1 ¼ cups organic chocolate ice cream
¼ cup chocolate syrup
1 cup organic whipped cream
Crushed ice
Preparation
Add contents to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour over ice, add whipped cream and serve!
Makes 2 servings.

TOFFEE KAPPUCCINO SUNDAE
Ingredients
2 oz. BOD™ coffee extract
4 oz. whipping cream
6 tablespoons brown sugar
3 pints vanilla ice cream
½ cup chopped toffee
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 oz. chopped semi sweet chocolate
Preparation
Mix in a small saucepan, the BOD™ coffee extract, cream, sugar and cinnamon and bring to a simmer.
Stir until sugar dissolves, remove from heat, add semi sweet chocolate and stir until melted.
Top ice cream with tasty sauce, sprinkle with toffee and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
