August 8, 2015 – 10:00am – 1:00pm
Purpose:
Educational information sharing event about schools, resource organizations in the
county. Children received free backpacks after they completed specific criteria
throughout the event.
AIE Contribution:
AIE sponsored a table and provided a variety of information to children and parents that attended the
event. Information such as: Learning Style Assessment handout: Pencils: Pencil Erasers: Healthy & Sweet
Snacks for all that came by.
AIE also wanted to engage the children’s mind as part of their experience at the event. AIE’s strategy
was to add trivia questions to their table experience. The combination of activity was well received.
AIE handed out over 1000 pencils, 1000 erasers and tons of healthy & sweet snacks plus lots of trivia
questions to children and parents..!
