WHAT’S GOING ON IN
STUDENT COUNCIL?
By: Nick Kelly
In Student Council we
are discussing the annual toy
drive and getting shirts for
Student
Council
members.
We are
also
discussing:
the food
drive, setting goals, and
figuring out the kind of
rewards for those who bring
in the most toys for the toy
drive.
We are also thinking
about whether or not we
should do a penny drop
competition to donate the
money to school and/or
families in need.

ANIMAL OF THE MONTH
By: Teagan Bradford
The Siberian Tiger is a
very unique animal. It can
grow to be nearly 8 feet
[2.3 meters] long. They
have brownish orange fur
with black stripes. They
now live mostly in Siberia,
Russia and are extinct from
the jungles of Asia where
they once used to be as
well. These tigers may be
beautiful but they are
extremely dangerous. They
have sharp claws and teeth
designed to kill. They are
also very stealthy. The
Siberian Tiger is on the
endangered species list.
