Welcome to our 2016 day excursion programme which is
packed with more trips than ever for your pleasure and
enjoyment. 2016 marks our 86th anniversary, reassuring you
that we have been in the business long enough to know how
to give you an enjoyable day out, so relax, you are in safe
hands!

Choosing from the extensive list is difficult, we're sure you'll agree there

This year we have tried to think of lots of new destinations to visit, some
further afield, some close to home, to include as much as possible from
entry fees to tickets, tours, lunches and afternoon teas, giving you extra
value for money. Therefore when looking through the brochure, don't just
look at the price, look at what is included.
Booking your excursion couldn't be easier. We can take bookings by
telephone on 01507 463000 or in person at our travel office at 2-3 West
Street, Alford. We accept cash, cheque, debit and credit cards (credit cards
will incur a 2.5% surcharge). Furthermore all our agents are now able to
book all excursions, even those including admission, for your added
convenience.

and bus industry and are specically designed to reward the operator.
Launched in 2005 and now in its 11th year, the routeONE Awards is
rmly established as the number one event in the coach and bus
industry calendar.
For an operator, there are three steps to winning. First you must be
nominated by the industry. Second you must be shortlisted by the
judges. Third you must convince the judges that you are the best.
As an individual manager or engineer there are also three steps, and
three possible routes to nomination. In addition to being
recommended by the supply side of the industry, you can be brought
to the attention of the judges by a nomination endorsed by your
managing director or owner. There’s also the prospect or your name

Booking Conditions
Please read the following conditions carefully
before making a booking with us.
1. In order to minimise collection times between Skegness and Chapel St Leonards pick
ups will be offered from a list of set collection points. The driver may make drop offs at
alternative points on the return journey at his discretion.
2. Unless stated in the programme prices do not include the cost of admission to places
visited.
3. To qualify for the OAP rate, proof of age must be shown at time of booking, for example a
bus pass.
4. Excursions are subject to cancellations if there are insufficient bookings to make the trip
viable.
5. We reserve the right to alter the size of the coach used according to the number of
bookings.
6. No claim will be entertained from any passenger who arrives late at departure points, or
at any stopping points during the excursion and subsequently miss the coach.
7. All provisional bookings (made in person or over the phone) must be paid for within
seven days of booking or we reserve the right to resell the seats.
8. Refunds are given on excursions, only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in
advance of the departure time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the
departure time will lose 20% of the excursion price or the cost of entry tickets, whichever
is greater. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of departure time will incur
a 100% cancellation fee.
9. Passengers must produce a valid ticket before boarding the coach
10. All coaches operate a strict no smoking policy at all times
11. A child under 3 may travel free of charge on the coach if not occupying a seat and they are
with an adult aged 16 or over. All other children (3-15 years) must occupy a seat and pay
the child fare. Children under 3 are not allowed to sit on the front seats or near an exit.
Admission fees still apply.
12. For reasons of safety, unaccompanied children under 13 years of age will not be
permitted to travel alone
13. No dogs are allowed on excursions except guide dogs.
14. All mobile phones must be turned off whilst the coach is in motion to avoid
distracting the driver and for the consideration of other passengers.
15. For safety reasons please use the safety belts provided on the coach
