Heat exchanger systems ■■ Heat treatment of the sugar syrup through heating to the required pasteurisation temperature (e.g. 85 °C) and recuperative cooling ■■ Adjustment of the temperature profile to the local temperature level and to the temperature of the available hot and cold water ■■ Constant temperature in the dissolving tank krones SyPro S Energy efficiency in the heating process Use of the counterflow principle enables a particularly efficient input of energy: Cooling of the already pasteurised sugar syrup takes place in direct combination with the heating of the dissolving water at an energy recovery rate of up to 85 %.
