1. There Shall Be NO CUSTOM ORDERS. We are a short order kitchen and special orders are not
always accommodated. Extra stuff and something off Menu will be charged our special prices

2. TAKE OUT: Step Up or Step Aside! Have your order ready….if you say, “AA, EE, II, OO, UU”…..you
WILL BE SENT TO BACK OF THE LINE! THIS IS Bagel Selection NOT BRAIN SURGERY!
3. There Shall Be NO BAGEL FOR YOU if Al says so. You don’t know Al? Oh, you will….
4. There shall be NO FREE SLICING OF BAGELS. A charge of 5 cents per Bagel is to cover our Medical
Fees. You think we are kidding? Fingers are a premium here! Ask BO!
5. When One Orders Bagels, One Shall NOT FEED THE COUNTER SERVERS. Isn’t Their Loud
Commentary and Surly Attitude Enough for You?! They Have Bitten Before….We Can Prove It.
6. When One DOUBLE PARKS, One Shall THINK TWICE Since It Might Be the Person Next to You That
You’re Blocking. I know, I know….we need a BIGGER PARKING LOT!
7. One Shall Understand We CLOSE AT 2 PM. Happy to Provide Our Bagels to Those in Need BUT BBs
is CLOSED at 2 PM. And for that matter, WE CLOSE AT 2 PM.
8. One Shall HAVE THICK SKIN. We Can Be Aggressive, Loud, But Always Kind Hearted. Really! If you
are easily offended, theeeeennnn maybe this ain’t the place for you. See #13 and #14.
9. TAKE OUT: We don’t need no stinkin’ number system…just PAY ATTENTION AND ORDER!
10. Our FOOD IS MADE TO ORDER and One Shall Realize It TAKES TIME TO PREPARE FRESH FOOD. If
we are slammed, your order may take a little longer than usual. So Watch the Telly or somethin’….
11. One Shall Make BB’s Their Eatery of Choice. Your New Mantra, “BB’s, BB’s, BB’s, BB’s, ummmm”
12. One Shall Realize BB’s Appreciates Your Patience When You Have to Wait to Be Seated.
13. One Shall Not Whine. We don’t serve enough cheese to satisfy Whiners! See #8 and #14.
14. One Shall Not Be an Idiot. We believe that the customer is always right, well maybe not ALL THE
TIME. We can be jerks but nice jerks. But if we experience a REAL jerk, then turn around and don’t
let the door hit you on the way out. See #8 and #13.
15. One Shall Be Accessed an 18% Gratuity for Six or More. If you ever receive poor service, please
see Anna or Eddie directly, otherwise, pry open that wallet! It’s how we earn our living….TIPS!
16. There Shall Be NO HOLDING OF TABLES. We are getting quite busy and holding tables during peak
times is NOT COOL. If you have special needs, let us know and we will accommodate you.
