Park Rules
Please read the following park rules carefully.
They will be strictly enforced.
Our playing fields are run by the City so we need to pay close
attention to their rules to ensure we will have fields to play on for the
season.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at the park. Please make plans to keep
your pets at home or we will
have to ask you and your pet to leave.
Beverages: Alcoholic beverage containers are not allowed at the
park at any time, this includes the fields & parking lots. No glass
containers or bottles of any kind are allowed on the fields. Coolers, Funnels, Kegs and Party Balls or anything that seems fun are
not allowed on the fields. You are required to keep all beverages in
bubba kegs, thermos bottles, solo cups, or anything that cannot be
seen through. Clear colored or see through cups are not allowed,
please purchase solid colored solo cups. Anyone in violation of the
beverage policy will be asked to leave the premises and may be
suspended for the remainder of the season. Please do not be the
guy/gal walking in with a case of beer wrapped in a plastic bag or
something. That is NOT ok.
Other Activities: Due to general safety and liability reasons; no
other sports may be played at a WAKA permitted field just prior to or
during the games. That means no tossing a football around or kicking a soccer ball etc.

in bushes or even worse in the open. You may get a ticket and we
may lose the permit to use the park!

park. Parking on roads, on the curb, or on the sidewalk in unmarked

recaps
Live Let Die vs. Big Swinging Kicks
BIG SWINGING KICKS - We narrowly managed to
avoid a forfeit and pull off a win with only 3 offensive
innings. Major thanks goes to Liver Let Die for being
such good sports. Hoping we can extend our winning
streak to 5 this Thursday against a tough KYPOAL
team.

BALLS & DOLLS- Team could not be reached for comment
KYPOAL - There was nothing pretty about KYPOALs
win vs B&D this past week, except for the ladies on
both the teams of course. KYPOAL had enough
players for this one, so we started off on a high.
B&D quickly took away our high and sent us into
withdrawals by scoring 2 runs in the first and another
in the second to make it 3-0. Holy Chode! We were
stunned, shocked, and flaccid... but no tsober! We
immediately gave a 1 run answer, then added 2 more
in the 5th. When we peered through our beer goggles
at the top of the 6th its was all nutted up 3-3. Time
was against us, but we maintained our stamina by
reciting kickball stats in our head, and in the top of the
sixth it paid off as Jenny Cannon crossed home plate
to give us the lead. There were so many highs and
lows at this point it was an emotional rollercoaster,
like mixing redbull with alcohol. We were panicked,
since there wasn’t much time left, and the other
team still had to kick, else it would revert back to a
tie. Beer saved our lives that night, since the stress
and suspense of the final inning would have likely
killed a sober man. With the seconds ticking down,
B&D went 3 up, 3 down to give KYPOAL a relieving
win. Gold Balls go to Damian for pitching a shut out
after the second inning, John for coming in late and
making some great plays on O and D. Anthony for
stepping up at third when Steve pulled his taint, Zack
for turning on the afterburners in his base running,
Kory G for handling the lead off position like a champ,
and of course, Jenny C for the go ahead run. Great
win pitches!

awesome. Need we say more?

Kaimotion
Surprise, surprise, they win again.
Kaimotion easily dealt Foot Clan their second loss
of the season. Can anyone stop the Pink train? It
appears they can’t be stopped right now. With two
games left against who we’re sure they consider
beatable teams, It looks like they’ll be finishing
the season 7-0 and getting the top seed for the
playoffs. Will someone step up and prove this
prediction wrong? We shall see. Official League
