An area where relevant projects are deposited by our Resource Team for your personal 24/7
access plus, if relevant, a direct link to our project market intelligence service called Evolution.

A partially completed Electronic Questionnaire
Which includes contact details, allowing you to complete and upload financials tax certification,
insurance, health & safety, environmental, quality assurance; all your essential documents
uploaded which should reduce the need for future questionnaire requests you may receive. You
are allowed to pick up to 3 Primary Trade headings and all their Sub Trades, 5 geographical
county areas.

Health & Safety Accreditation Symbol
The BR Network understands that many sub-contractors have taken independent steps to have
their Health & Safety documents assessed by independent bodies like Achilles, UVDB, Safe
Contractor, Constructionline, ISO and CHAS. Achieving one or more of these certifications is
recognised throughout the industry as a key indicator that a contractor takes health and safety
seriously and has implemented policies, procedures and training to ensure that their work force
operate in a safety conscious environment. So to help registered subcontractors visually show
their compliance with Fire, Risk, Health and Safety legislation, we have created a Pass Plus ‘tick’
symbol within the appropriate traffic light.

Evolution
An interactive project alert service which allows you to search for details of projects that are due
to be put out to tender or currently running and also where possible provides you with
information on the bidders, Main Contractors, Clients and Local Authorities involved in the
process.
This also offers the facility to watch projects or companies running the projects within your
chosen area, receiving email updates so you never miss out on an opportunity.
Price for 12 months per county of PA’s - £995 (maximum of four counties)
(London is split into five regions due to the high volume of leads available).
