Wine:
Couple meets with Wedding/Event Coordinator or
Owner to choose wines to be served at the bar
during their reception

We charge by consumption (number of
bottles of wine served during the entirety
of event)
Beer Bar:
DEPOSIT AND FINAL
PAYMENT INFORMATION
An initial Non-Refundable deposit of one
half your event total is due in the form of
a check or credit card at the time that you
sign your contract.
$50.00 set up fee- Per Keg
$3.00 per glass of Beer sold during event
Wine Slushie Bar:
$75.00 set up fee- Slushie Machine

Ninety days prior to your event the
Balance is due in full to Miles Wine Cellars
in the form of a check or credit card. All
payments are Non-Refundable.
$5.00 per glass sold during event
Miles NYS Liquor Bar:
Miles Wine Cellars will Sell NYS distilled mixed
beverages to be discussed at time of meeting and
purchased by the glass at the night of your wedding.
** All Beer and Wine will be tallied during your
event, and final cost will need to be paid the day
after the event to Miles Wine Cellars by Cash, Check
or Credit**
