Directions: Please fill out after the performance and give to the student. Rate the “All
Presentations” section of the presentation viewed, then select the type of presentation being
viewed and complete the rating the presentation.
Note: All applicable categories should be rated. For example, a student might be an actor
(performance) and a director (coached activity) of a presentation and should be rated for both
aspects of the presentation.
All Presentations (irrespective of type)
Purpose: Was the presentation appropriate for the intended
audience and purpose? Did it have the potential to achieve
the desired outcome?
Preparation: Was the presentation well organized and
ready to go on time? All equipment, actors, etc. ready?
