Salon Etiquette
Salon Arrival
Arriving late may make it necessary to limit
the time for your service so the next client
is not delayed. Please arrive 10 minutes
before your scheduled time to check in at
reception and prepare to enjoy your
service.
Deposit
We may request a 25% deposit for
services requiring longer booking times
when making your appointment.
Lost Property
The Graduate Academy does not take
responsibility for client’s personal
belongings. Any personal belongings left in
the salon are done so at the owners risk.
Cancellation policy
The services you select are reserved
especially for you. Clients will be charged a
50% cancellation fee for appointments
cancelled less than 24 hours from the
scheduled appointment time.
Gift Vouchers and Special Offers
Vouchers are available to redeem for
services and products. We have
monthly special offers - please check our
website or contact the salon for more
details.
PLEASE NOTE
Our price structure reflects both the
educational level of our team members
and practical salon experiences, our
Graduate Stylists are students.
Skin tests are required 48hrs before any
technical service appointment. Free
consultation included, please allow
15mins for this skin test &
consultation appointment.
Please give 24hrs notice if an appointment
needs to be cancelled.
