Casa Nuova 4
The new Casa Nuova 4 is manufactured from metal steel tube, which is more robust and longer lasting for
the Community Market. Easy to clean/disinfect makes this bed ideal for infection control.
This four section fully profiling bed has electric backrest, leg rest, knee brake & lower leg elevation, enabling
Carers/Nurses to offer the best care/nursing practice. There are quick release pins on all actuators, together with emergency lowering.
Sometimes side rails can be a hindrance if dementia patients try and climb over them at night. Hence, the
Casa Nuova 4 is available in a low version 23-63cm as well as the standard version of 40-80cm with or without side rails. Wood rails have a homely feel. However, metal rails are more robust.
Casa Nuova 4 is supplied with a European Dewert Control System, which is IP44 & IP66 rated. The control
system is pre-assembled to the bed, speeding up the installation process, which requires no tools and can
be assembled by one person.
A 9 button handset with tilt option (reverse trendelenburg) is supplied as standard, with the option of having
a 10 button handset (full trendelenburg) tilt option if required. Optional bed extension, together with a comprehensive range of accessories are available.
