Anesthesia Price Quote About Capital Anesthesia Partners, LLC Capital Anesthesia Partners, LLC (CAP) is a privately held anesthesia company dedicated to providing high‐quality, safe, anesthesia care. CAP is comprised of board certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists. We staff ten endoscopy centers, performing 50,000 cases annually. CAP is the exclusive anesthesia provider to two prominent gastroenterology practices: Capital Digestive Care, located in the greater Washington, DC region and Minnesota Gastroenterology, located in the greater Minneapolis, MN region. About Anesthesia Your gastroenterologist has decided that sedation administered and monitored by an anesthesiologist or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) would be the best option in your case. You will be directly monitored by a CRNA and/or an anesthesiologist during your procedure. Anesthesia Fees A separate professional fee is generated by the anesthesia provider(s) involved in your care. This fee is in addition to the fees charged by your gastroenterologist, the endoscopy center, and the pathology laboratory (if necessary). CAP has participation agreements with most major insurance companies and Medicare. Therefore, in most cases, the out of pocket expense to you will be significantly less than the charged amounts listed below. The actual allowed amount (the amount of the billed charge deemed payable by an insurance plan) and the amount of your out‐of‐pocket expenses (if any) will depend on your particular insurance plan. It is important to check your individual policy and direct any questions to your insurer to determine coverage and your financial responsibility prior to receiving treatment.
