Think Local Foods Announces New Small Plates Concept in West Orange
Bryan Gregg of Think Local Foods announces the imminent opening of Tastes by Bryan
Gregg, a small plates concept located at Wine Legend West Orange.
MONTCLAIR, NJ (August 22, 2016) – Bryan Gregg, Founder of the hospitality consulting group, Think
Local Foods, today announced the upcoming launch of Tastes by Bryan Gregg, a new food outlet within
the luxurious wine and spirits room, The Wine and Spirits Bar, at Wine Legend opened in late 2015 in
West Orange, NJ.
Expanding on the alliance he has nurtured with Wine Legend at his Montclair restaurant, Escape, Gregg
will be operating the small plates concept Thursday through Saturday from 5PM until 10PM. Tastes by
Bryan Gregg will officially open on September 8th, 2016.
“I am very excited about this new venture and know Wine Legend’s discerning clients will enjoy the
shareable small plates menu I have crafted to complement the exclusive wines and spirits served at The
Wine and Spirits Bar”, says Bryan Gregg. “My hospitality consulting group, Think Local Foods, is
expanding and I am pleased our next project is with the experienced team at Wine Legend,” continues
Gregg.
Small plates will be served à la carte and will change to reflect the most pristine, interesting ingredients
available.

Chef Bryan Gregg is a native of Pittsburgh and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.

named the Best Jersey Seafood Chef at the 2015 Jersey Seafood Challenge and as a result, represented
the Garden State at the 2015 Great American Seafood Cook Off in New Orleans where he won the
Seafood Showdown.

Wine Legend® stores are local family-owned and operated discount wine stores with two New Jersey
