MONTCLAIR, NJ (August 22, 2016) – Bryan Gregg, Founder of the hospitality consulting group, Think Local Foods, today announced the upcoming launch of Tastes by Bryan Gregg, a new food outlet within the luxurious wine and spirits room, The Wine and Spirits Bar, at Wine Legend opened in late 2015 in West Orange, NJ. Expanding on the alliance he has nurtured with Wine Legend at his Montclair restaurant, Escape, Gregg will be operating the small plates concept Thursday through Saturday from 5PM until 10PM.
