Four identical deliveries of Living Quarters
for the Azeri Full Field Development.
Living Quarters in modular sections for assembly on the deckframe at the SPS
yard in Baku. Each delivery weighed 1,150 tonnes and was split in 48 modular
sections and a helideck. Delivered 2004-2007.

size & weight: The overall module dimension is 53.5 x 11.3 x 18.4 meters in
five levels. Total floor area 2,630m2, with a weight of 1,150 tonnes.
scope of work: Design, procurement, fabrication and commissioning of
complete Living Quarters for 198 beds permanent manning (298 beds during
installation/hook-up). Scope also includes the design and delivery of the
Helideck designed for MIL 8 MTV helicopter.
MODULE DATA:
• Level 1: Consists of Central Control Room, offices, hospital, laundry,
change rooms and coffee shops.
• Level 2: Consists of galley, provision and dining facilities, recreation areas
and heli-admin centre.
• Level 3 & 4: Consists of accommodation cabins.
• Level 5: Consists of Telecom Equipment room, electrical room, utility room
and gymnasium.
• Roof Level 5: HVAC unit, Lay-down area and heli fuel re-fuelling skid.
REGULATIONS: The module & Helideck is built to comply with the UK offshore
regulations (DoE) and CAP 437.

November 2001, delivered fully commissioned to Client in Baku March 2004.
The following deliveries were made with one year in between 2004-2007.
