party, rehearsal dinner or any special occasion. Located right behind Esteban's, the Fiesta Shack will seat 30 to 80 people in a casual Texas hill country atmosphere.

Prior to The Scheduled Event.
The Fiesta Shack rents for $300 for a four
hour period. Esteban’s Cafe is the exclusive
caterer for Esteban's Fiesta Shack. Choose
one of our three most popular menus from
the reverse side of this brochure. We require
a minimum of 30 dinners to be served. The
price also includes iced tea, coffee and water.
No outside food or beverages are allowed
with the exception of desserts and soft
drinks.

Our Bar Setup is required When Serving Alcoholic Beverages. The Price includes a Bartender for up to four hours. A Cash Bar, Host

Pick-Up Orders :
Place your order and let us know what time
and day you would like to pick it up and
we’ll have it ready for you in disposable
containers. 10 person minimum.
2. Drop Off Orders
We can deliver your order in disposable
containers and place the food on your serving table. Chafing dishes are not included.
Add $40 for delivery in the League City
area and please give 48 hour notice to ensure availability. ($350 minimum order)
3. Full-Service Catering
We will deliver your order in the League
City area and set up in Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes and provide all necessary personnel to assist with buffet style serving.
Add 18% Service Charge to your order. We
also provide serving tables if requested.
($500 food order minimum for full service)
