VALUATION GUIDE FOR ITEMS DONATED TO THE WATERFRONT RESCUE MISSION
Thank you for your generous donation which provides support for our ministry. The U. S. Internal Revenue Service requires
donors to value their items. To help guide you, Waterfront Rescue Mission compiled a list of price ranges to assist in valuing
property contributions commonly made and sold through our centers. For general tax deduction guidelines, visit the IRS website
at www.irs.gov or consult your tax advisor.
Note: All appliances and equipment are assumed to be in working condition; all clothing and furniture should be in good
condition. Generally, furniture items have , at most, minor flaws that are only obvious upon closer inspection.
