Tudor Treasures - Cauldwell Lower School

Overview of Autumn Term 2015
Upper KS2 – Tudor Treasures
This autumn in Upper Key Stage Two, we will be learning all
about the Tudors. Our learning journey started off with a
plea from Master William Tunnidge, a troubled man who
worked for Henry VIII. He asked for our help and we became
florists, jesters, crown makers and town criers and we helped
make King Henry VIII’s coronation a day to remember. We
even got photographs with him!
To help us learn all about King Henry VII, we will be using
the following texts: Henry VIII by Richard Brassey, Beware
The King, The Prince and the Pauper, The Terrible Tudors.
