CLIMATE CONTROL
The Integrated Climate Control system (ICC) is an all-inclusive fog system that monitors and controls humidity and
temperature levels based on programmable set points. The system incorporates Fogco’s low-flow CAT pump; an integrated
2 zone FOGCOntroller microprocessor; and a combination of Revolution, Revolution II, or Evolution fan units. These fan units
utilize ‘air-assist’ technology to provide exceptional throw and distribution of the humidity. This technology improves
absorption of the moisture which provides precise and controllable humidity levels throughout the facility.
Although there are different methods of increasing humidity
levels, a quick calculation of annual energy costs indicates the
significant savings of using a fog based humidification system.

PUMP + FOGCONTROLLER
CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM
The pump is the heart of the ICC system and includes a CAT direct drive pump with control box. The pump is available as a
single zone or a 2 zone design and includes a filter assembly, an inlet solenoid valve, a thermal relief valve, a pressure
regulator, and electric drain valve. The unit also includes a pressure fault safety switch, a pulsation dampener, a pressure
gauge, and all the necessary electronic components pre-wired to the FOGCOntroller and installed in the pump control box.
The pump is available in 115V or 230V 50Hz/60Hz.
The FOGCOntroller is mounted to the pump control box and
will provide automated control of Rev, Rev II, or Evo ‘air assist’
fan units. The controller is a 2 zone micro-processor
designed by Fogco exclusively for fog system control. The
FOGCOntroller has multiple operating modes including
humidity control, temperature control, or a combination of
humidity and temperature control. The controller has multiple
I/O with 5 independent relays with programmable delays
allowing for independent control of the zone valves, the ‘air
assist’ fan products, and the ICC pump

REVOLUTION
DESERT FOG FAN
The Revolution is designed for larger areas or applications with high air exchange rates. It is well suited for high humidity
demand and is ceiling mounted in the center of the area that requires humidification. The unit should be installed 10 feet
above the ground. The Revolution includes a 10 nozzle stainless steel fog ring and provides flow rates from 50 lbs/hr to 125
lbs/hr depending on nozzle size used. The fog ring terminates with a 3/8” slip lok fitting.
The deflector plate design of the Revolution provides a
360 degree horizontal distribution of the air stream
around the perimeter of the unit. The fog nozzles are
positioned above the air stream which carries the fog
and provides increased absorption of the moisture and
improved distribution of the humidity. The vented air
stream design of the Revolution allows for effective
coverage up to 3600 square feet. The Revolution is
available in 115V or 230V 50Hz/60Hz.

REVOLUTION II
DESERT FOG FAN
The Revolution II is designed for restricted areas or smaller facilities and should be ceiling mounted in the center of the area
that requires humidification. The unit should be installed 10 feet above the ground. The Revolution II includes a 6 nozzle
stainless steel fog ring and a 10’ length of 1/4” flexible feed line. The feed line terminates with a 1/4“ MNPT fitting. The unit
provides flow of 30 lbs/hr using .006” nozzles and 50 lbs/hr using .008” nozzles.
The deflector plate design of the Revolution II provides
a 360 degree horizontal distribution of the air stream
around the perimeter of the unit. The fog nozzles are
positioned above the air stream which carries the fog
and provides increased absorption of the moisture and
improved distribution of the humidity. The vented air
stream design of the Revolution II allows for effective
coverage up to 900 square feet. The unit measures 11
¾ inches wide, 3 ½ inches tall, and weighs 4.5 pounds.
It is available in 115V or 230V 50Hz/60Hz.

EVOLUTION
DESERT FOG FAN
The Evolution is designed for long and narrow applications and is ideal for low ceiling height restrictions. It can be installed
as low as 7 feet off the ground and can mount to a wall, a pole, or the ceiling. The Evolution is adjustable both vertically and
horizontally after installation. The unit can be used with a single nozzle, a 3 nozzle cluster or a 5 nozzle cluster allowing flow
rates from 5 lbs/hr to 62 lbs/hr depending on nozzle size and quantity. The Evolution includes a 10’ length of 1/8” flexible feed
line and terminates with a 1/8” FNPT fitting.
The unique ‘cannon’ shaped housing with internal
guide fins provides increased air velocity and
directional control of the air stream. This design
projects the fog up to 50 feet and allows for coverage
of up to 1000 square feet with a single unit. The
Evolution measure 8 inches wide and 9.5 inches in
length, weighs 6 pounds, and is available in 115V or
230V 50Hz/60Hz.
