DUST BOSS DB-30
The DB-30 is the ideal machine for dust and odour
control in smaller, more confined areas or for less
problematic situations. This lean, mean machine is
tough enough to eliminate dust and odour particles in
a 5,500 square foot area to maintain ideal working
conditions. When equipped with option 359°
oscillation, the DB-30 can provide more than 31,000
square feet (2,880 square meters) of coverage.

DUST BOSS DB-60
The DB-45 is the ideal machine for dust and odour
control in indoor applications and on work-sites
needing a mid-range solution. This tough machine
is capable of eliminating dust and odour particles in
a 12,000 square foot area to maintain ideal working
conditions. Carriage-mounted DB-45 units may be
outfitted with optional 359° oscillation to increase
coverage to more than 74,000 square feet
(6,875 square meters).

to handle the toughest jobs. As the flagship model of
our product line, this unit can blanket up to 21,000
square feet with dust- and odour-attracting water
particles, ranging in size from 50-200 microns, the
optimal size for agglomeration of particles. The Virtual
Dust Barrier™ created by this ultra-fine mist will help
eliminate the dust and odour contaminating your
work site.

DUST BOSS DB-M
Engineered specifically to fight dust on large job sites,
the DB-100 is the largest DustBoss ever designed.
With its muscular 60 HP motor and user-definable
359˚ oscillation, the DB-100 has a throw of more than
100 meters, giving the machine a coverage area of an
incredible 280,000 square feet. To put that in perspective, one machine could cover six football fields with its
dust-trapping atomized mist!
Developed for velocity-sensitive applications to deal
with very lightweight dust particles, the DB-M creates
a cloud of atomized water droplets without using a fan
that would contribute unwanted turbulence.

DUST BOSS DB-R
The DustBoss Ring is designed for use at the ends of conveyor
belts to aid in the suppression of dust at the discharge point.
The DB-R creates a virtual curtain around discharging material to
contain the particle flow.
Available in five diameters ranging from 430mm (17”) –2540mm
(100”) and multiple nozzle configurations, the DB-R offers truly
customized suppression to
handle dust from a variety of materials.
The DustBoss Ring utilizes high-quality construction for a long
service life.
The DB-R stainless steel ring is covered by a full
3-YEAR WARRANTY.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Misting ring with variable nozzle configuration, designed for
