Deprivation of Liberty or even Murders will Never Stop the Spread of Islam
On 22 October, on the federal TV channel Vesti 24, a so-called expert of the RF Ministry of Justice
Roman Silantev, commented on the adoption of Islam by the Russian population, and the need to
destroy the members of Hizb ut Tahrir physically. It should be noted that this is not the first such
statement of the infamous Russian Islamophobe, previously he spoke about the destruction of so-called
“vahhabits” or “Islamists”; however, this time Silantev spoke particularly about the members of the
Islamic political party Hizb ut Tahrir.
Based on the fact that authorities toughen punishment against groups belonging to terrorism,
Russian experts openly speak about the necessity to review the list of terrorist organizations on the
basis that the inclusion of Hizb ut Tahrir is unreasonable and unlawful. But despite the fact that since its
inception in 1953 Hizb ut Tahrir has never committed any terrorist act, on the air of federal TV channel
they speak not only about the persecution of party members but they openly speak of the necessity to
physically destroy them. The call to kill Muslims on the air of Vesti 24, one can only understand by the
authorities’ interests in such statements and the expert of the Ministry of Justice only voiced them. The
reason of such an open rhetoric is that despite all the machinations of Islam’s enemies and their
supporters; the time has come in which Almighty Allah (swt) says:
ِ ‫صال َِحا‬
‫ض ٰى لَ ُه ْم‬
ِ ‫ت لَ َي ْس َت ْخلِ َف َّن ُه ْم فِي ْاْلَ ْر‬
َ ‫ار َت‬
ْ ‫ف الَّذِينَ مِن َق ْبلِ ِه ْم َولَ ُي َم ِّك َننَّ لَ ُه ْم دِي َن ُه ُم الَّذِي‬
َ َ‫اس َت ْخل‬
ْ ‫ض َك َما‬
َّ ‫(( َو َع َد اللَّـ ُه الَّذِينَ آ َم ُنوا مِن ُك ْم َو َع ِملُوا ال‬

َ ‫ش ِر ُكونَ بِي‬
ْ ‫َولَ ُي َب ِّدلَ َّن ُهم ِّمن َب ْع ِد َخ ْوفِ ِه ْم أَ ْم ًنا ۚ َي ْع ُبدُو َننِي ََل ُي‬
)) َ‫ش ْي ًئا ۚ َو َمن َك َف َر َب ْع َد َذلِ َك َفأولَ ٰـئِ َك ُه ُم ا ْل َفاسِ قُون‬
“Allah has promised those among you, who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He
will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the land, as He granted it to those
before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practice their religion which He has
chosen for them (i.e. Islam). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their
fear, they worship Me and do not associate anything with Me. But whoever disbelievers after
this, they are the rebellious to Allah.” [TMQ 24:55]

And also the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw), «... ‫اج ال ُّن ُب َّو ِة‬
ِ ‫“ » ُث َّم َت ُكونُ خ ََِل َفة َعلَى ِم ْن َه‬Then again
there will be Khilafah based on the method of the Prophethood.”
It is against the background of rapid changes in the Islamic world, the State Council passes laws
that allow imprisonment for long terms not for the fact of being involved in committing a terrorist act, but
for participation in an organization recognized as terroristic by the court. It is against the background of
the coming changes Vladimir Putin at a State Council meeting said about the need to combat the
politicization of Islam. It is at the dawn of the second Khilafah they allow a Kremlin “expert” to speak
about the need to destroy Muslims from Hizb ut Tahrir.
Now is the time for Khilafah and its dawn has shined over the lands of Al-Sham, but the Russian
authorities instead of recognizing this fact and radically changing its policy in regards to Muslims and
Islam, they continue and aggravate their situation. They continue to support the butcher Bashar in
massacring the elderly and children and do not stop the repressions against Muslims in Russia itself.
To all enemies of Allah (swt), we say, “Your hatred towards our religion does not postpone the
establishment of the Khilafah even for a moment. Deprivation of liberty or even murders of Hizb ut Tahrir
members will never stop the spread of Islam. So think of what you will say to the Khaleefah, who shall
protect all the oppressed Muslims very soon. And if you die before you meet the Khaleefah then the
inevitable punishment from Your Lord awaits you and we will be witnesses against you on the Day of
Judgment.”
