B 1200 BISCUIT MACHINE
The B1200 Biscuit Machine is designed for the production of a wide variety of biscuit products for today’s busy baker and confectioner.
This unique, compact table top machine is designed for ease of use and for producing a uniform product with accurate portion weight
control every time.
The paddles sweep the biscuit dough into the forming mould (drum) as it rotates, a wire then sweeps in and cuts the product from the
mould (drum) dropping the biscuit directly onto the conveyor belt.
The biscuit is then easily placed, by the operator onto the baking sheets. The machine is designed with a gentle piston action producing a biscuit dough with
particulates (chocolate chips, cherries, nuts etc) with minimum product damage.
The mould (drum) is made of an anodised aluminium and ribbed for the use in bakery applications only.
This unique design creates its own product seal, whilst producing a perfect cut product and giving minimal wastage.
Depending on the biscuit size, various moulds (drums) are available, from simple rounds to specialist shapes,
in sizes from 25mm to 115mm.
Shapes available are: Rounds, Ovals Fingers etc
Specialist shapes: Rabbit, Christmas Tree, Snowmen, Gingerbread Men etc.
(If you have a shape idea, the B1200 could possibly produce it).
