Denver residents and businesses. We’ve
been around long enough to celebrate 3
Bronco Super Bowl titles, help countless
members find health and happiness,
and witness the incredible growth that’s
taking place in the Mile High City. But as
the saying goes, progress is impossible
without change. One of those changes
will be relocating our members from
1630 Welton Street, as the Welton
location will close its doors on December
15, 2016.

Skiing isn’t just fun, it is one of the best workouts you
can do.
:: A person weighing 155 pounds burns 223 calories in half
an hour of downhill skiing, according to Harvard Medical
School.
:: Someone who is 185 pounds burns 266 calories in 30minutes of downhill skiing.
:: The calorie burn during 30-minutes of cross-country skiing
is 298 calories for a 155-pound person
:: Alpine skiing requires the longest ‘firing’ time of any sport.
Consequently your muscles need to be better conditioned
than any other sport
:: The ‘G’ forces associated with Alpine skiing are the highest of
any core supported exercise so you must have a strong core.
:: A 3-minute ski run requires the most power of any
3-minutes sporting activity
