GAME: (You will need sets of cards showing the days of the week.)
Distribute 14, 21, 28 or 35 ‘day cards’. Play some music for the students to dance
around. When the music stops call WEEK. The children form rings |Monday | Tuesday |
Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday | Sunday |. Play the music again for the
children to dance around. When the music stops call DAYS. The children form groups
with all the Mondays together. All the Tuesdays together etc.
These games can be played by any number of students. If the number of students is not
divisible by seven, the game becomes more competitive.
