The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) would like to announce that TEC Educational Furniture,
LLC has been awarded an annual contract renewal for the following, based on the sealed proposal
submitted to TCPN on March 18, 2010, and subsequent performance thereafter:

The contract will expire on April 30, 2012, completing the second year of a possible five-year term of
contract. If your company is not in agreement, please contact TCPN immediately.
