Our Expectation
Thank you in being interested in wanting to be a part of our cafe! Please read carefully on
what we ask from you as everything is important and will determine if you will be
accepted or not. The way we see it, if you are eligible then it will be the same way as if
you are being judge in a contest, by the point systems.
Requirements:

If you cannot follow any of the following then do not waste our time as these
rules are crucial in being a part of this cafe. These rules are here to protect
you as we are responsible for whatever may happen to you, if at all, when
being in our cafe. If ever a rule is broken we have all the right to kick you out
with no but’s, if’s, or what’s. As being a part of this cafe you are agreeing to
the following:
1. Asking or giving personal information to the customers is
prohibited. This includes:
 Contacting information: Phone number, email, Facebook or other
social websites, etc. The only contact that can be given is your
Facebook fan page that we provide you, if you want one. You are
still considered working when on this fan page so rules still
apply. If ever any suspicious actions are seen with you and
customers, we have all rights to investigate this and punishment
will be determined depending on certain situations. Otherwise we
will not invade your privacy as that’s only unfair.
 Livings information: Where you live or areas near where you live
(saying cities like Orlando and Tampa are acceptable), places
you go to, your workplace, what school you go to, what grade
you are in, and how old you are. (Especially to those who are
underage) Your identity is important and to avoid any problems,
2. Follow our buddy system!
 Never ever go anywhere on your own! If you need to go out
somewhere for whatever reason, always have 2 other people join
you. If unable to get a 2nd person or a person at all join another
group or contact a head person to help you. We want to be aware
of your position at all times, make sure no one is to go missing
and know everyone is safe! So please, follow this rule as it is
most important! (being why its rule #2)
3. Understand your persona (knowing your alias).
 You must have an alias (preferably away from your true identity).
Having an alias is to keep you safe from any harm and respecting
your outside life away from the cafe.
 It is also for you to understand though we are not asking you to
change who you are, but reminding you that you have
expectations from both the guest and cafe itself. Your alias has a
role to do and you are responsible for completing these task.
4. Be aware that you are responsible for your uniform.
 You must wear our uniform every event you participate.
 Dress Code: Understand the dos and don’ts.
1. Treat your uniform with care as we will not accept
anything trashy or filthy. (you must pay for any repairs)

this is necessary you must be 18+. Regardless the event,
you must always wear shorts or bloomers under your
skirt at all times! (Specially Dancers)
3.Know when you are over killing with make up or
accessories. Personalizing yourself is fine but there is a
limit to how far you can go. Please understand that.
5. Flirting with the customers is a no no!
 Small jokes and statements are allowed but true flirting is
prohibited. We want no problems let alone have the staff members
or customers feel uncomfortable in our cafe.
 We are neither a place to hook up nor a place for inappropriate
behaviors. Even with other staff members, there is a limit to your
behavior. So Behave!
6. Frame from physical contact and punish those who do.
 If a customer touches you they get 2 warnings, after those 2
warnings with continuing behavior they are kindly asked to leave.
 It is unacceptable if they sexually harass you! It’s an auto kick
out as we don’t play around with inappropriate behavior. There
are people that you can go to let them know if this is to happen as
well as people watching over you. If they happen to appear again
to the cafe and do it again, they are never allowed back to the
cafe and be on our watch out list.
 Only time physical contact is allowed is in requested photos or
other special cases and events.
 If ever in a situation where people can’t see you or you can’t find
someone for help, just yell out “Senpai!” and a head or other staff
member will save you!

other customers who are there for the same reason.
Everyone should get the same feelings as any other
customer you are providing to.
2. If you are aware that you will have friends or family
wanting your table and know you can’t not fulfill this task
then kindly reject them.
Positions:
Maid/Butler: You must entertain your guest by talking, playing
games, and decorating on food. You can do other things such as
performances by taking shifts. This is for social people who enjoy
other people company frequently. You must be at least 15 to apply
for this position. Some may start as a mini maid/butler to learn all
the skills needed and once learn everything then they will gain their
maid/butler title. You may request this if necessary.
Mini Maid/Butler: Not necessarily for the young or inexperienced
but will be in the mini maid/butler program if you are.
There are 2 types of Mini Maids/Butlers:
1) Like a maid/butler you are entertaining your gust but you’re an assistance
to your assign maid/butler. You help with bring the food or other items to the
table. You can as well do performances almost whenever you want. You do
not talk as much as a maid/butler dose with your guest (especially if you’re
the young ones) but it’s for those who may have trouble with social skills as
well. You will learn what is needed to become a maid/butler with this rout.
2) Where you can do more performances and you do other jobs like greeter
or help other mini maids/butlers with bringing things to their table. This is as
well for those who may lack social skills or do not wish to have to talk to
someone constantly as well as doing multi jobs or certain jobs that help out
everyone. Volunteers may also take this job.
Cook Staff: We need people who can cook, bake and make treats.
This is for those who love making yum yums. If you apply for this
job you cannot apply for a maid/butler position (possibly mini
maid/butler but its iffy). If you wish to be a maid and still do food
related stuff apply for a yum-yum helper.
Yum-Yum Helpers: This is where you are either helping in the kitchen
or helping with serving the food. You can also help with the menus,
creative ideas for food and bake sales. You must show us example of
your skills in order to be accepted here. You will also be a part of our
Hand Maid Program. Fill in Hand Maid: Yum-Yum in application.
Hand Maid Program: Here is where you can make things that can
provide to the cafe and it can be anything. We pretty much do bake
sales and sell our crafts to raise money for the cafe. A portion of
what you gain from what you made will go to the cafe and you will
keep the rest, as it is yours. All we ask for is an example of your
skills and ideas that can benefit us.
Artist: If you are a good artist you can help with our advertising,
website, art sales, manga, etc.
Photographers: Know how to use camera and possibly own one.
Crafters: This is for people who do other kinds of craft making such as
jewelry making, clay charms, building experiences, anything else.
Performers: We have a Music Program (singing included) as well
as a dance group. We do accept other talented performances!
Security: We need people to watch over us and make sure no one is
doing something they shouldn’t like anyone suspicions and warn
people of inappropriate actions that the maids/butlers do not see.
This position is limited to 3 people and will announce when the
position is booked. Being a messenger is a similar position.
Messengers: A bit of an assistant to the security, they aware the
security of who they must be kicked out. They are helpers to make
sure people understand what is happening around them like reminding
a maid/butler of their scheduling such as performances, shifts, etc.
Volunteers may also take this job.
