8. Pursuant to s.933.1 of the Local Government Act, a charge payable under Tables 1(A), 1(B), 1(C) and 1(D) shall be reduced for that portion of a
development consisting of dwelling units in apartment buildings (as defined in Zoning Bylaw No. 300) which provides either for-profit or not-for-profit
