FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients:
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (13 ¼ oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 bananas
Directions:
1. Mix pudding as directed on package, using 2 cups of milk and preparing
according to package directions.
2. Using the Kitchen Aid, whip the heavy cream until thick. (Do not add
anything. Just whip the heavy cream until thick).
3. Add drained fruit, marshmallows and whipped cream.
4. Slice bananas and add just before serving.
