Assembly Instructions GEO BOOKCASE 9 CUBE STOP! Before you start... 2 1 Read Instructions carefully. Lay out all of the components on a soft surface as if you were preparing to do a jigsaw puzzle. 3 Carefully identify each component, especially those that are similar. The most common mistake is getting things back to front. Separate and identify each component from the hardware pack and rest each one in its proper location before fastening. 5 6 DO NOT over-tighten screws DO NOT set glue until you are certain that the parts belong together. Page 2 What You Need Top Panel (P1) (Tools not provided) Phillips Head Srewdriver Mallet Mid Panel (P4) Shelf (P5) Left Side Panel (P3) Shelf (P5) Mid Panel (P4) Shelf (P5) Shelf (P5) Shelf (P5) Rihgt Side Panel (P2) Shelf (P5) Bottom Panel (P6) 1 x allen key 16 x Long Dowels (H1) 6 x Allen Bolts (H5) 24 x Short Dowels (H2) 16 x Screws (H6) 6 x Cam Bolts (H3) 2 x Brake Wheels (H7) 6 x Cam Nuts (H4) 2 x Wheels (H8) Page 3 Step 1 (P4) You will need: 8 x Long Dowels (H1) (P5) (P5) (P5) (H1) (P5) (H1) Insert the long dowels (H1) into the dowel holes of the mid panel (P4), connect the shelves (P5) to the douwels which attached to the mid panel. Step 2 (P4) (P4) You will need: 4 x Long Dowels (H1) (H1) Use the long dowels (H1) to conect the other mid panel (P4) to the step 1 shelves. (H1) Page 4 Step 3 (P4) (P4) You will need: 4 x Short Dowels (H2) (H2) (P5) (P5) (P5) (P5) (H2) Connect the shelves (P5) to the long dowels that in the mid panel on Setp 2, Iisert the short dowels (H2) into the Shelves (P5). Step 4 (H2) (H2) (P3) (P4) (H2) (H2) You will need: 16 x Short Dowels (H2) (P5) (P4) (P5) (P5) (H2) (P2) (P5) (H2) (H2) Conect the left side panel (P3) and the right side panel (P2) to the shelves (P5), then insert the short dowels (H2) into the dowel holes which on the top and bottom of panels (P2) and (P3). . (H2) Page 5 Step 5 You will need: 6 x Cam Bolts (H3) (H3) (H3) (P1) Screw the cam bolts (H3) into the top panel (P1). (P1) Step 6 You will need: 6 x Cam Nuts (H4) (H4) (H4) (P3) (P4) (H4) (P4) (P2) Insert the cam nuts (H4) into the panels (P2),(P3) and (P4), cover the top panel (P1) to the those panels. Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts.Push the top panel (P1) into place and tighten the cam nuts. Page 6 Step 7 (P3) (P4) (P4) (P2) You will need: 6 x Allen Bolts (H5) (P6) (H5) (H5) (H5) Screw the bottom panel (P6) to the panels (P2),(P3),(P4) using the allen bolts (H5). Step 8 (H6) You will need: 16 x Screws (H6) (H8) (H8) (H7) (P6) (H7) 2 x Brake Wheel (H7) 2 X Wheel (H8) (P1) Align each wheel with the 4 pilot holes in the bottom panel (P6). Place the two brake wheels nearest to the front of the unit. Screw the castors into place with the screws (H6) . Page 7 Step 9 The job is now complete!
