2016 Trinity United Methodist Church Fall Festival Vendor Agreement Thank you for participating in Trinity United Methodist Church Fall Festival. Please note the following requirements for participation: Date: Saturday, October 29, 2016 Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Location: Trinity United Methodist Church 609 Liberty Dr, Thomasville, NC Cost: $20.00 Per table rental fee Setup: Friday, Oct 28th - 6 PM – 8 PM or Saturday, Oct 29th 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM Takedown: 1:01 PM, Saturday, October 29th • The $20.00 vendor table fee is payable to Trinity United Methodist Church [TUMC] by Thursday, October 5, 2016. Funds are for Trinity UMC mission projects. Trinity UMC – special committee will advertise via free media’s, e-mail distribution lists and flyers. We encourage vendors to share the flyer. Sales restrictions: • Any money derived from the sale of a product that is made or provided by the vendor belongs to the vendor and vendor is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax. Trinity UMC would like to requests that the vendor provide a small door prize to be given away at the Fall Festival and bring some candy to share with the children that come in costume. Vendor space: • Each vendor will be provided a 6 foot table with 2 chairs for their designated space. Vendors are required to bring their own cash boxes for purchases. Trinity UMC will not provide credit card or debit card processing terminals, line access or imprinters. Note: New hardwood flooring in select areas, we cannot allow any items with sharp edges being brought in that could damage the floor. Space assignment: • Spaces will be assigned to help facilitate display and traffic flow. • One vendor per space. Liability: • The vendor hereby expressly releases Trinity UMC from any and all liability for damage, injury or loss to persons or goods from any cause whatsoever and further agrees to indemnify Trinity UMC against any and all claims for damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the space or grounds or the display and/or sale of any merchandise. • The vendor shall not leave his/her space unattended. Assignment or Subletting: • The vendor shall neither assign nor sublet this Agreement. By signing the agreement on page 2, the vendor agrees with all terms and conditions.
