HANDMADE GREETING CARDS
all proceeds to support survivors of the rwandan genocide
Survivors Fund (SURF) is the principal international organisation supporting
survivors of the Rwandan genocide.
One of the primary income-generating activities for women survivors that we
help fund is the production of handmade greeting cards. We have a selection
available to purchase from our office at 12 Rickett Street. 100% of the
proceeds from the sales will benefit the survivors who produce the cards.
The cards are made from banana leaf, and are blank inside and so can be
personalised for a variety of uses – birthdays, invitations, thank you.
They are £1 per card, and £5 for a pack of 6 cards.

This is one of a number of new income-generating projects at SURF. We also
have a variety of handmade beaded jewellery (necklaces, bracelets) for sale
