Here’s how: Once you get to www.silvermaples.org, click on the “Residents” tab at the top. Then, on the right hand side, you’ll see a link to a Dining Reservation Form. Fill that out, submit, and then wait for a definite confirmation of reservation email (not just the “we received your request”). They need at least 24 hours for the Trellis Room and Bistro reservations, and 2 weeks for a Private Dining Room reservation! Bon appétit! You can find Work Order forms on the Activity Desk outside Emily’s office or at the Front Desk. Please be sure to turn your work orders in to the Front Desk. Wellness Center Membership We’re so fortunate to be able to offer memberships to the Chelsea Wellness Center. You can pick up a ride to the Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:45am. Don’t forget: you need to go at least 6 times each month in order for Silver Maples to pay for your membership! Otherwise, you can assume paying for the membership at the senior rate. Chelsea Community Hospital Mini-Lab for Blood Draws: Save Yourself a Bus Ride! Lab technicians are here Wednesday mornings around 7-7:15am in the Meadows Lounge. To utilize this service, bring an order from your doctor and insurance info. Library Newspapers & Magazines Please do not take the newspapers and magazines out of the library! This allows everyone to enjoy our reading materials. Old issues can be found in the cupboard to the left of the fireplace. FIA and Magazine Boxes We have boxes in the mail room for Faith In Action food donations (please no clothes) and Magazines (please no catalogs). Watch Repair & Battery Replacement Jeremy Montange will be visiting Silver Maples on the first Monday of the month from 10 to 11am in the Library to assist with your watch repair needs. Battery replacement will be $10 and can be done onsite. Other issues to be quoted and repaired offsite.
