AWB is a bow shaped displacement unit for wall
mounting, which provides supply air at low velocity. The
terminals are suitable for comfort installations. AWB
is installed with base, decorative top or duct cover as
accessory. Width, depth and connections are standardized
while the height is made according to costumer’s
requirement.
Design
The unit consists of a back plate with top,
bottom and air distribution plate with nozzles.
It is available with top/bottom connection or
rear connection if a duct cover is used. The
connection in the top or rear is round. In a version
for bottom connection AWB is made with rectangular
connection. The back plate with its components is fixed
to corner profiles. The perforated front is mounted to the
corner profiles with a few screws. If AWB is order without
duct cover it is delivered with a top lid in painted sheet
steel. As accessory it can be supplied with a decorative
top in painted MDF or in various wood material
Material
Front plate made in 1.25 mm hot dipped galvanized sheet
steel. Other parts in galvanized sheet steel with thickness
depending on size. Visible parts powder coated in RAL
9010. Other colors according to RAL or NCS are available
on request.

Assembly
The AWB terminal is mounted to the wall by removing
the front plate and screw through the back plate . If a base
is used it is first fitted to the bottom of the terminal.
The duct cover is mounted to the wall using corner profiles.
The length of the duct cover is made according to costumer’s
specification. Max length in one piece is 1960. By using several
duct covers overlapping each other lengths exceeding max values
are achieved.

Maintenance
There are no parts in the units that have to be replaced. If
necessary clean the front with water and mild detergent.
