Charles Guy Wire Markers

Charles Guy Wire Markers
Long-Lasting, Highly Visible Identification for
Down Guy Wires and Cable Installations
MADE IN THE
Charles Guy Wire Markers greatly improve safety by providing high
visibility of down guy wires and other cable installations exposed to
pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic. Constructed of HDPE imbued
with UV stabilizers, they provide a long-lasting marker and a bright
yellow or white appearance to identify guy wires down to their
anchor attachments.
Easy to install and tough to remove, Charles Guy Wire Markers are
full round markers with a 1.25” outside diameter and 8’ or 10’
standard lengths. A generous wall thickness of .075” provides
excellent cold-weather properties and helps resist cracking and
shattering. Markers are pre-split with a notched end allowing
technicians to quickly install them over existing guy wires.
Cable Tie Attachment
A 14.5” cable tie attachment is included to deter vandalism by
making it tough to separate the marker from the wire. The
attachment is shipped threaded into two pre-drilled holes,
eliminating lost parts at the job site and providing a secure
attachment point to the marker. The photograph below
demonstrates proper cable tie attachment to the guy wire.
